FAQ
When will we get our photos?
You will receive a collection of sneak peeks the week after your wedding, and the full online gallery within 12 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season!) You can download all of the photos from this gallery but also share them with friends + family, choose your favorites and order prints.
Following the online gallery will be your Custom USB box (see above photo) delivered by mail, which will also contain the full gallery of high-resolution photos on a USB.
How many pictures will we receive?
You will typically receive a minimum of 50+ final photos per hour. We prefer quality over quantity, and only select the photos that we feel best represent the people in them.
Do you have insurance?
Absolutely! We always have proof of insurance on us, however if your venue requires they be additionally insured we can provide that as well.
What if we don't want a complimentary session?
The complimentary sessions included are just that -- complimentary! If you decide to opt out, there is unfortunately no discount for that. But these sessions are a great way for us to get to know each other, to shake any nerves about being in front of the camera and to talk about the wedding as we shoot.
